An atmospheric visual study exploring architecture through changing light, quiet domestic moments and the New Zealand coastal landscape.
Residential feasibility · Taupō, Aotearoa
A residential feasibility and visualisation study developed to communicate the potential of an available section. The imagery and 3D floor plan help prospective buyers understand how a home, landscape, vehicle access and outdoor living areas could be arranged within the site and relevant building constraints.

The plan brings the building footprint, access, outdoor living and landscape together in one legible site-specific view.
